1. Service

Vistalea provides creative video-production services based on customer-supplied media and instructions. Delivery estimates are targets unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

2. Customer rights and processing

You confirm that you own or have sufficient permission to upload every supplied asset and narration. You authorize Vistalea and its contracted production providers, currently Higgsfield for video generation and ElevenLabs for optional AI voice-over, to process the selected material solely to produce your order.

3. Accuracy and approval

AI-assisted motion and narration may contain variation. Vistalea applies restrictive production instructions and studio review, but you remain responsible for approving completed media before publishing and must not use a production to misrepresent a space or impersonate a person.

4. Payments, revisions and refunds

Package entitlements, included revisions, delivery targets and refund eligibility are shown at checkout. Revision chat messages do not use an allowance; approving a prepared brief uses one revision. After the included allowance is exhausted, each additional revision costs one-third of the package base price and requires payment before submission.

5. Prohibited use

You may not submit unlawful, unauthorized, misleading, privacy-invasive or infringing material, or narration intended to impersonate or deceive.
